First night spent in Fukuroi with most of Team Ireland who were already in Japan, had a walk over a really cool bridge and even got time to have a quick play on the piano. We then travelled to the holding camp in Hamamatsu, in the morning I had great breakfast and later steak for dinner, during the day a mobility session with the team, followed by a swim in the pool - it was so cool.
